Measuring almost 6’0”, Barbara’s height reaches almost as high as her skills and experience. From one-on-one coaching to conducting executive briefings at the officer level, Barbara has over 20 years experience working with and developing leaders in Fortune 500 companies. Her successful career also includes motivational speaking, corporate training, seminars and workshops on topics from communication to sales and management skills including leadership development. She has delivered presentations to high-powered audiences, giving her a versatile background and solid skills to help business professionals communicate more effectively and efficiently to raise their levels of success.

Ms. Teicher has a strong background working in and with world-recognized service and manufacturing corporations. She has delivered presentations on advanced technology solutions to senior officers and executives of the most recognized name brands in the world as an integral part of sales and marketing strategies. Barbara was also invited by a developer of advanced business training packages to consult on and critique a new, executive simulation held at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

Ms. Teicher, winner of numerous corporate recognitions, including Action Management Associates’ International “Million Dollar” award, is a master trainer and holds certifications in over 50 leadership development programs.

Barbara is a mentor for MBA and EMBA students with the Helzberg School of Management through Rockhurst University.  She is the program director for the Kansas City Chapter of the National Speakers Association and is a member of The American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and the Heartland Coaches Association.

She lives in the Kansas City area with her husband Adam, daughter Hannah and Shadow, their pampered twelve-year old lab mix.
